RBC Arsonist Roger Clement

Roger Clement http://youtu.be/pe67OJm98jc?hd=1

OK, so Roger is far from free. He is scheduled to be in jail for another 3.5 years. That will not stop us from asking questions surrounding the highly mysterious RBC Arson (NOT Firebombing) in Ottawa on May 18th, 2010. Roger was arrested June 18th with 3 others. One was let go, and leaves town (never named). Francois Leclerk a well known anarchist in Ottawa goes missing. Three were read about in the newspaper the day after. Police Chief says we got the bad guys, all three of them, locked up good and well...nothing to worry about down the 401 at the G20 next week. Parliament talks about Terrorism just down the street from "This very building"...mention 911 a couple times...spend over a billion on security. Claude gets stayed charges, no evidence. Mat gets stayed charges, not enough evidence. Or the crown likes to bargain like on the show law and order (oh it must be fun to be in character like that). July 15th, Police admit there was an undercover cop involved in the apprehension of ALL the criminals...he had infiltrated the anarchist movement in Ottawa for 2 years...Francois was here for 2 years...this is breaking news...but its nowhere in the media cause they don't ask (the right) questions! Roger Clement plead guilty. Stand up guy, won't rat out anybody. Took the rap for the whole thing. Too bad cause if there was any evidence or even a trial to bring in anyone else...they would have to bring the cop back wouldn't they? Maybe Roger should sue Francois Leclerk. But I don't know Roger personally and have no qualifications to give legal advice...And maybe Francois just taped the event and never suggested to Roger it was a good idea or nothing...hope this gets out in time for the G20 investigation. Hope they uncover more truth than the 9/11 commission!

I don't believe anything anymore and nothing surprises me!

Peace
Max

Judge My Cop

JudgeMyCop.ca

This idea has crossed my mind on more than one occasion. How can we as a people ensure that we learn from our mistakes and not continue to corrode the process towards betterment? How can society be governed by Truth & Justice if we as a people keep no tabs on how the system is defining 'Truth & Justice'? When we simply start to use technology for such things as accountability and terminology perhaps we can better understand what is going on in 'the public'. Peace is what these officers of oath are meant to be concerned with. Not policy up the ying yang! Not enforcing the mentality that police must be acknowledged as herders, coercers and outright bullies.

Bad Cop
"Show me your ID". "What law states that I am obliged to carry such a thing?". "Show me your ID, NOW!". "Sir, have I done anything wrong, is there something you wish to detain me for? I don't understand why you wish to identify me when you have not stated the reason for such an inquiry.". "You talk too fast...I asked you for ID...I'm going to assume you are refusing my offer to hand it over peacefully...and have now breached "THE" Peace of which I am sworn to serve....take this...and that...and this...now remain silent! You have said quite enough". "That's my arm! Ouch stop it! I conditionally accepted your offer upon proof of claim, don't you understand I am trying to be an honourable citizen in the public? OOUCHHHH! You won't even give me a chance to explain. I can't move. I didn't give you permission to take my wallet out! You are violating my peace officer! Now you know who I am, are you satisfied?". "I TOLD YOU TO REMAIN SILENT! All this will go in my report...that you refused to ID yourself and I was forced to do my job...you could have just co-operated and given me what I wanted". "Would I not then have been somehow a slave or in service to yoOUCH!". "SILENCE!".

Good Cop
"Excuse me Sir, but this is a public place and under bylaw blah blah blah you cannot hold a sign that big here, can I please see your ID?". "Excuse me sir, but I fail to see the need to identify myself at this point because I did not know that there was bylaw blah blah blah, will you give me a chance to pack up my stuff and be on my way?". "I'm sorry Sir but it is my job to serve the public and enforce these laws weather I agree with them or not". "Thank you for informing me that I was violating a bylaw, I understand your job must be hard to accomplish with so many "Laws" that you must enforce". "It's really not that bad, I enjoy being outdoors and serving the public, I don't enjoy giving people tickets but its all part and parcel if you know what I mean?". "I understand that Sir, work isn't always what its cracked up to be, thanks for helping me fold that...I...just...gotta...fit it in...my...bag...there! Thanks!" "That's no problem, now that you are packed up can I ask you again for that ID?". "Well Sir, I understand that you have a job to do and I understand that you serve the public. I also understand that I have the right to travel in this country without the need for documentation, I have to admit that I leave it all at home since I learned that fact.". "Oh, so you don't have any ID to present to me...kindof convenient since I need to identify you in order to issue this fine.". "Sir, I am truly sorry if I am making your job any harder but I assure you I was not intending to commit any crime, bind any contracts or accept notices for such things today. You must understand that I am not violating the peace in any way as I was compliant with your instructions about what I was doing?". "You know what, I have more important things to do and there is no injured party here as far as I can see. But if we get any complaints about your sign being held in this area I will have to charge you for this, do you understand?". "Of course I understand that you would seek for recourse but I must agree with you that I did not hurt anyone and expect now to be on my way". "Alright, son, just this once, and don't let me see you doing this again.". "Officer, could I ask you for your ID?". "You are pushing it, but I did swear an oath and you are as public as the rest of them...here you go! My name is Officer Bubbly...Not Bubbles (Ha Ha) like that famous cop in Toronto, badge number 777 and here is my card in case my services are ever warranted". "Thank you sir! You get 5 stars! Have a nice day! Visit Judgemycop.ca for my report!". "Yeah, whatever!" (smiles with no concern as all peace is maintained...quota may be dwindling but once again the streets are safe) "Have a nice day".

I truly think Judge My Cop will be my personal version of Warcraft...but in reality...with consequences and some real-from the people kinda Truth & Justice! United we stand, so say we all!
